A E A
Just as I am without one plea,
E D A
but that Thy blood was shed for me;
A D
And that Thou biddst me come to Thee,
A E A
Oh Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am, and waiting not,
To rid my soul of one dark blot,
To Thee, whose blood can cleanse each spot,
O Lamb of God I come, I come!
Just as I am, tho' tossed about
With many a conflict, many a doubt,
Fightings within, and fears without,
O Lamb of God I come, I come!
Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because Thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God I come, I come!
Just as I am, Thy love unknown,
Hath broken ev'ry barrier down;
Now to be Thine, yea Thine alone,
O Lamb of God I come, I come!
Just as I am, of that free love,
The breadth, length, depth, the height to prove,
Here for a season then above,
O Lamb of God I come, I come!

Hi Craig
How easy is it to get the chord symbol over the place where the chord begins or changes?
They seem to be in the wrong place in Just As I Am, unless you are not intending to be displayign the chords for the version popularised in the Billy Graham Crusades.
If you are, I reckon the first chord in line 1, should be over “As” and the first chord in line 2 and 3 over the word “that”
I won’t even mention the typo in “bidst.”

Hi David, I’ll make the changes you suggest when I get a chance, thanks

Just a note: When doing your own music, always use a non-porportionally spaced fonts like Courier New. Most other fonts are proportinally spaced (different letters recieved different spacing)and look and print different on differnt software and printers. If you use Courier New, and space the chords with the SPACE BAR, you should be able to copy, paste and print without chords moving all over the place. Non-Prop fonts are not as pretty but more predictable across different printers, software etc.

I have always wanted to learn to play worship songs without having to learn syncopated rhythms of secular music. Great stuff. God bless
